The Falcon Method · Session guide

What happens during a Falcon Method session?

A Falcon Method session is a private, 60-minute Zoom conversation with David Falconer. It brings intuitive mentoring, reflection on familiar emotional patterns, optional energy work and practical integration together around what you want to explore.

You can begin with an ordinary, specific moment: hesitating before sharing your offer, saying yes when you mean no, or feeling uncomfortable receiving support. You do not need to arrive with a diagnosis, a clear explanation or experience of energy work.

What is the Falcon Method?

The Falcon Method is David’s personalised approach to intuitive coaching and energy alignment, expressed through three themes: Heal, Clear and Soar. These describe making space to understand a pattern, exploring resistance and choosing a practical way forward. They are an approach to personal development and spiritual wellbeing, rather than a promise to cure a condition.

The six stages of a private session

The stages provide a guide. Their order and emphasis can change according to what you bring, and you choose which practices you take part in.

  1. Arrive and tune in. Begin with what you are experiencing now. David invites you to slow down and notice the feelings, sensations and questions that matter to you.
  2. Name the resistance. Explore a situation where you feel held back. The aim is to find useful language for your experience, without deciding in advance what its cause must be.
  3. Explore the timeline. Reflect on earlier experiences or learned beliefs that you feel connect with the present. You do not have to find a particular memory or accept an interpretation.
  4. Understand what feels significant. Notice the meaning you give the experience and the choices it may influence. Your own perspective remains central.
  5. Explore energy work and grounding. Where appropriate, David offers intuitive energy practices, breathwork or a grounding exercise. These are optional spiritual and reflective practices.
  6. Integrate the insight. Close by identifying something useful you want to carry into daily life: a boundary, a clearer decision, a different response or one manageable action.

How should you prepare?

Choose a quiet space, check your internet connection and have water nearby. If useful, write down one recent example of the pattern you want to explore: what happened, what you noticed and what you would like to approach differently. You can keep that reflection brief.

You choose what to share. You can ask questions, decline an exercise or pause at any point. There is no need to produce a dramatic experience or a particular emotional response.

How much does a session cost?

The standard price is £97 for one 60-minute session. The booking page shows available appointments and the total before you pay. Any launch discount is subject to the current terms displayed on the sales page; check those details before booking.

Is the Falcon Method therapy?

This is personal-development coaching and spiritual wellbeing support. It is not psychotherapy, diagnosis or medical or psychological treatment. Energy-based practices do not establish a medical cause for a feeling or a memory. If you need clinical support, speak with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

What happens afterwards?

Your preparation and confirmation emails explain the appointment arrangements. After the session, give yourself time to reflect on what felt useful and try the agreed next step in a real situation. Individual experiences vary. One session does not guarantee an outcome or commit you to longer-term support.
