Refunds: cancel for a full refund within 14 days of payment or before the first live group call, whichever gives you longer, even if you have opened the written portal. After that window, change-of-mind refunds are not offered once the programme starts. If David cancels, you receive a full refund. If the start date changes before delivery begins, you can accept it or cancel for a full refund.
Reply to your confirmation email with your name and order details to cancel. Eligible refunds return to the original payment method within 14 days. Your statutory rights are not affected.
